These Fox Ecru Twill Trousers are handcrafted in England using traditional methods and techniques. Constructed to the same standards as tailor-made bespoke garments, utilising the finest details and utmost care that British craftsmanship has to offer.

The ecru twill cloth used to construct these trousers, is taken from Fox Brothers' Worsted Classics collection.

Exquisitely crafted for classic occasions with the cutters’ favourite ‘London Shrunk’ finish. This technique involves folding the cloth with a damp heat, drying the fabric in precise conditions, and then evenly steaming the cloth. A time-honoured shrinking method, which relaxes the cloth to its original and natural shape. This favoured method provides the piece with optimal drape and a soft hand feel.   

A fabric and finishing process which has been utilised since the 18th-century, Fox Brothers' have re-developed the famous 'London Shrunk' finish into a sleek and adaptable quality, intended for business, travel, leisure, evening and wedding wear.

Presented in a neutral colourway, in a traditional style and cut to be in keeping with classic designs. Featuring timeless details for a refined appearance, whilst incorporating a modernised finish to the inside with a clean look. A unique pair of trousers crafted using traditional Savile Row techniques, whilst also implementing softer trims to the piece for enhanced comfort.

Each pair is individually crafted by a skilled artisan in the atelier. Therefore, every piece is given the same care and attention as fully bespoke garments. Characteristics include handmade bar tacks and buttonholes, prick stitched pocket openings and fly. Other attributes include hip straps felled on by hand, which are situated half on and half off the waistband, along with pockets lined with a cotton herringbone twill.

Holly Robins (Bespoke Trouser Makers) is a small business predominantly offering tailoring services to industry led tailoring houses and private clients. Creating fully bespoke and handcrafted pieces, specialising in custom-made trousers from the atelier based in East London. 

The founder and head tailor Holly Robins, has built up a renowned reputation for her high standard of work within her fully established studio. Like any true artisan, Holly displays a genuine passion for her craft and has a fierce desire to preserve traditional techniques.

Holly has a very open attitude to customers’ requirements, and is an expert in creating pieces of any type or design, to suit both tailored or casual settings. A Savile Row trouser atelier, Holly has developed a strong understanding within the tailoring industry, which comes from being expertly tutored in both cutting and craftsmanship.

Recently Holly has worked on designs for historical drama TV productions, as well as garments for movie franchises and heats of state. Taking on this work, due to her impeccable craftsmanship, immaculate finishing, fine detail, and single-minded precision.

UK Shipping - £8.50 + VAT on all orders within mainland UK except furniture. 

Services to Russia

Due to the ongoing situation surrounding Russia, we shall not be offering shipment of any of our products to the country.

Whilist we are closely monitoring the events and circumstances, this shipping suspension will remain in place for the foreseeable future. However, should there be any further changes to this development, we will keep you informed.

Import regulations and duties

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK & EU they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we would be happy to assist you with your return.

If you would like us to arrange your return shipment please get in contact. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately.

Custom & Personalised orders

We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order or customised pieces. However, we are of course more than happy to accept returns on pre-order items and in stock products.
