An Update for our Customers in the European Union
The last few months have been a period of adaptation for many businesses across the U.K.
Since July 1st, some of the rules have changed, and we have been hard at work to ensure that it translates into a smoother process for our customers in the European Union.
We now collect the VAT based on the country from which you place your order.
For example, if you order from Germany, you will pay Germany VAT at 19%.
With this new system in place, you can order with confidence and rest assured that there will be no surprise charges upon delivery. Everything is being taken care of during the check out process on The Merchant Fox's website.
