Delivery Times

We aim to send out deliveries as quickly as possible. However, if your piece/s are intended as a Christmas gift, we highly recommend any order is placed as early as possible. This will help avoid any disappointment, in the run up to the busy festive period.

Operational Hours

We would like to kindly remind our customers, The Merchant Fox will be closed from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until Thursday 2nd January 2024. Therefore, any orders placed during that time, will be sent from 2nd January 2024 onwards.

The Fox Mill Shop and our phone lines shall be closed throughout the festive season. However, you are more than welcome to send us an email: enquiries@themerchantfox.co.uk for any urgent enquiries, and a member of The Merchant Fox team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our operational hours and phones lines shall reopen as normal from Tuesday 2nd January 2024. This gives our dedicated team a well-earned break, to spend time with their family, friends, and loved ones.
